A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL
* Assist the team in maintaining the hotels high standards, ensuring guest areas, bedrooms, facilities, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and well-presented
* Work closely with other departments to support maintenance needs and help resolve issues promptly, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and staff
* Carry out basic checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant team members
* Learn and follow best practices for hotel maintenance and safety procedures, with full training provided
* Stay engaged and open to developing new skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and support the team
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong awareness of surroundings and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Practical and hands-on approach
* Effective problem-solving abilities
* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
* Flexibility to occasionally work over the weekend on a rotational basis.
* Previous Maintenance experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
