Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our dedicated team in providing outstanding service to our valued guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences in a boutique hotel setting.
Duties:
Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials or promotions
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
Handle cash and card payments accurately and process bills efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in restocking service areas and supplies as needed
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Experience:
Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy hospitality environment, preferably in boutique or 4*/5* hotels
Knowledge of basic maths for handling payments and calculating bills
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours
