Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone calls professionally
* Manage and respond to emails
* Book jobs and appointments
* Use in-house IT systems to support daily operations
* Manage, file and maintain documents accurately
* Provide face-to-face customer service
* Support invoicing processes
* Carry out general day-to-day administrative tasks
* Complete data entry with a high level of accuracy
* Support the team with any additional tasks as requested by your mentor or manager
Qualifications
* English - Grade 4 or above
* Maths - Grade 4 or above
* Commitment to completing the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
