Job Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver strategic account management plans to increase product usage in focus areas.
* Maximize Convatec product access through formulary inclusion and guideline development in conjunction with Medical Affairs.
* Manage projects effectively within designated/focus accounts, developing project team plans with local matrix teams.
* Create solutions for ICBs to maximize implementation and adoption of key growth brands.
* Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
* Accelerate adoption of new technologies by effectively shaping the local market.
* Produce and deliver business cases for formulary listings.
* Initiate audits to gather prevalence data where appropriate.
* Manage local expense budgets for optimal ROI.
* Territory: North East / South East London and Kent.
* This is a field-based role.
Candidate Profile
* Multi-role sales experience including direct selling, influencing, and customer relationship management.
* Consistently high standards with a proven track record of 100% sales performance.
* Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data from various sources for effective decision-making, planning, and implementation.
* Strong leadership in project management and goal setting.
* Ability to deliver against both long-term and short-term business goals.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and networking ability both internally and externally.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Understanding of NHS structure, strategies, key priorities, and up-to-date terminology.
* Experience in driving product access within NHS (community or hospital) to foster business growth.
* Experience working with diverse, specialist audiences, influencing them to achieve objectives.
* Ability to deliver value-added results within tight deadlines.
* Commercial acumen and financial responsibility, including budget and resource management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
