About Us:

We are a fast-growing sofa manufacturing business, supplying sofas to trade customers across the UK. Our reputation is built on quality, service, and long-term relationships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who's confident, organised, and proactive. You'll be the link between our customers, sales, and operations, managing orders, updating clients, resolving issues, and helping us grow our B2B customer base. A large part of the role involves using WhatsApp, email, and phone to communicate with trade customers, so excellent communication is key.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day communication with trade customers (phone, WhatsApp, email)
* Manage and process customer orders accurately
* Provide customers with updates on delivery dates, charges, and any delays
* Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency
* Monitor stock availability and inform customers of any changes
* Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth logistics
* Support the wider sales and production team with admin and coordination

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in sales support, operations, or customer service (B2B preferred)
* Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and over the phone
* Confident using WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working on a computer and using basic office software (Excel, Word etc.)
* Positive, self-motivated and ready to take ownership of tasks
* A team player who can handle a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
