The DTC Marketing Administrator plays a vital role in driving product advocacy and user-generated content initiatives to support new product launches and ongoing brand engagement across UK and EU markets. This includes managing the review process, handling third-party platforms, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating across teams to maximize the impact of reviews and UGC on customer experience and brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development (NPD) Launch Support

* Coordinate product review programs for new SKUs across EMEA.
* Ensure timely availability of product samples.
* Manage reviewer selection, outreach, logistics, and follow-up.
* Monitor review submissions, chase pending reviews, and compile insights.
* Ensure new SKUs are correctly listed on BazaarVoice and syndicated.
* Update internal decks with review performance and key insights.

UGC & Social Commerce Management

* Identify UGC with rights-approved use for marketing.
* Tag products in social content and manage rights requests.
* Track performance of UGC galleries and suggest improvements.
* Share approved UGC and performance insights with wider teams.

BazaarVoice Administration

* Moderate and manage incoming reviews across SKUs and bundles.
* Maintain platform catalogue, syndication settings, and implementation.
* Adjust review email triggers as needed.
* Conduct monthly reviews and resolve account-level queries.

TrustPilot Platform Management

* Conduct monthly reviews and keep account details updated.
* Monitor and flag key reviews or trends to internal teams.
* Manage and update post-purchase review communications.

Reporting & Insights

* Compile and deliver monthly review reports and performance metrics.
* Share standout reviews weekly by market.
* Handle ad-hoc data and reporting requests to support marketing and commercial teams.
* Encourage cross-channel use of reviews and UGC in CRM, paid media, and beyond.

Retailer Review Support

* Ensure correct product codes are in place for syndication to retail partners.
* Provide regular and ad-hoc review data exports to partners.
