Role
Own coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes across multiple roles
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
* Screen CVs against role requirements and manage candidate pipelines
* Support testing processes and ensure smooth execution
* Track feedback, hiring progress, and reporting via ATS systems
* Ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for new joiners
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Able to work closely with stakeholders and influence where neededi>
* 2:1 or above in a degree from a Russell Group university
* Based in Newcastle, 5 days in office
