Responsibilities
* Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
* Lead and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring teamwork and customer focus.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
* Monitor service quality, address issues promptly, and uphold brand standards.
* Support event and dining services for private bookings and special occasions.
Requirements
* Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
* Strong guest service orientation with the ability to motivate staff.
* Comfort with premium service environments and brand standards.
