Associate Building Surveyor \n\nSalary: £75,000 - £85,000\nLocation: London\nSectors: Public Sector, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure\n\nA leading consultancy is seeking an Associate-level Building Surveyor to join its London-based infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile public and private sector projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.\n\nThe job will entail leading a variety of building surveying and project management duties, with a focus on client delivery, team support, and business development across key sectors such as education, healthcare, local authorities, and infrastructure.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver full-suite building surveying and contract administration services.\nManage client relationships and ensure quality delivery across multiple projects.\nLead pre- and post-contract project management duties using JCT/NEC contracts.\nSupport junior surveyors and contribute to APC training and mentoring.\nUndertake professional services including due diligence, defect analysis, and condition surveys.\nWork with internal teams on frameworks, fee proposals, and pipeline development.What We're Looking For:\n\nMRICS qualified with a degree in Building Surveying.\nStrong consultancy background with project and professional services experience.\nExcellent communication and client-facing skills.\nCommercially aware and confident leading project delivery teams.\nComfortable managing frameworks, fee proposals, and client reporting.\nProficient in MS Office; awareness of BIM is beneficial
