Mobile Security Response Officer
A valid SIA Security License and CVIT License will be required. A valid Driver's license is required for this position.

Prime Role and Key Responsibilities:
To provide security patrol responsibilities across a wide range and variety of sites as well as support cover for static guarding sites when required. To provide support for locking and unlocking client's facilities as well as conducting welfare checks and responding to alarm activations. Completing all necessary paperwork and contacting clients when necessary.
Mobile Security Patrol Officer should:
· understand the basics of (or know where to access) standards, policies and procedures, as well as instructions for attending Customer premises
· understand escalation procedures and departmental functions around the business
· follow direction from their Supervisor or Line Manager
· provide reports as required
· Ensure they display a valid SIA license and Company ID Card at all times
· Ensure their uniform is smart and presentable at all times
· Ensure a reasonable level of fitness
· Demonstrate the ability to work to time constraints
· Be comfortable driving at night around the Leicestershire Perimeter
· Have some basic IT & Technical confidence ( using Apps and Alarm Panels)
While performing your duties you must be able to work autonomously and take responsibility. You should ensure a high quality output of work and ensure that processes are followed and instructions from the Supervisor are followed. Patrol Officers should liaise professionally with the Control Room team and Customers alike. It is essential that Patrol Officers ensure compliance to industry standards, company policies and procedures for their shift. All documentation and records are to be completed correctly.
Key Responsibilities – Patrol Driver
· Respond to activations/conduct patrols/attend sites professionally and within the required timescale
· Liaise with the Police, Fire Service and other agencies in an emergency and on all issues affecting security, surrounding customer premises (or escalate via a Supervisor or the Control Room team)
· Assist Control Room Operatives during incidents by advising them of appropriate action to be taken and supporting colleagues where necessary
· Deal with emails and respond to ad-hoc requests
· Complete daily tasks – duty sheet, incident reports, conduct handovers and communications and all required paperwork to a high standard
· The post holder will ensure the health, safety and welfare of themselves and those under their control in accordance with company policies.
· To actively support at all times, company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information
· Any other reasonable requests from the management team
Other duties may include :
* When necessary provide Security Officer cover on static sites.
* Conduct foot patrols professionally and within the required timescale to include locking/unlocking the premises.
* Liaise with the Police, Fire Service and other agencies in an emergency and on all issues affecting security, surrounding customer premises (or escalate via a Supervisor or the Control Room team)
* Assist Control Room Operatives during incidents by advising the controller of appropriate action to be taken and supporting colleagues where necessary
* Deal with emails and respond to ad-hoc requests
* Complete daily tasks – duty sheet, incident reports, conduct handovers and communications and all required paperwork to a high standard
* Access Control
* Depending on the site, monitor CCTV

This is a fulltime role working Mon to Friday 06:00 - 17:00. Due to the nature of the role there may be some last minute changes to the established pattern so flexibility will be key. Ad-hoc shift variations may be required.
