This vacancy is an opportunity to join the Disney Digital Media Investment team, which is responsible for planning and buying both Digital Programmatic and Print Media. The overall Investment team is comprised of 24 individuals with diverse skills and expertise across the media and technology landscape. Digital Investment works in close collaboration with Media Planners, paid social and the AV Investment team to help design integrated solutions to Disney’s communication challenges.
This role of the Programmatic Associate Director will be to lead Disney’s Digital (Video & Display) media activity planning and overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review. Responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of programmatic buyers to deliver best in class campaigns across the following of Disney’s line of businesses; e.g. Disney+, Media Networks & Cruises/Resorts.
* Negotiating with various sales house teams to drive added value opportunities for our clients.
* Meeting all deadlines set by either the Digital Director, planning team and/or the client - ensuring your direct team do the same.
* Ensuring all digital administration is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
* Managing a team of 1x Digital Manager, 1x Senior Executive and 2x Account Executives.
* Working with your team to deliver innovative response to briefs.
Qualifications
* Knowledge in programmatic buying within platforms (DV360, TTD & Amazon).
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in managing client/AV finance processes, i.e. Ensuring absolute finance accuracy and PO management
* Excellent client management skills and not be afraid to challenge briefs.
