The Role
This is the opportunity for a senior Property Litigator who has hit a ceiling elsewhere to step into a head of department role with full backing to grow it.
You will initially work within the existing litigation function before taking the reins of a dedicated Property Litigation offering, with the opportunity to recruit and shape the team around you over time.
The firm is looking for someone with strong commercial property litigation experience across matters including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 disputes, dilapidation claims, recovery of commercial rent arrears, breach of contract and the preparation and service of notices.
An appetite for harnessing internal referrals and building relationships across the business will stand you in good stead, though no external following is required given the existing workflow already in place.
