Job Title: Electronics Trainer / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Home / Field based - Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £37,300 - £40,000 (depending on qualifications) + company car + more!
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Criteria (for all candidates):
* Must hold solid occupational experience within Electronics.
* Hold a relevant qualification within the Electronics sector at Level 3, or above.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
* Assess and mentor learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications within Electronic Engineering.
* Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress.
* Support, advise and motivate learners.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:
* Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
* Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
* Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
* Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
