OFSTED Registered Manager - up to £70,000 excellent benefits
This may suit someone who has been an OFSTED Children's Residential Home Manager, or OFSTED Children and young Persons Home Manager.
Location: Croydon Commutable from London, Uxbridge, Slough, Watford, Reading, and surrounding areas Salary: £50,000–£70,000 per annum

Due to the regulatory nature of this role, all applicants must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Children and Young People’s Services or equivalent. This ensures compliance with OFSTED guidelines, promotes best practice, and guarantees the highest level of care for children in residential settings.
To be shortlisted, candidates must have:
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent childcare/social care qualification
* Demonstrable experience managing a children’s residential care home
* Strong knowledge of OFSTED standards, safeguarding protocols, and regulatory compliance
RESPONSIBITLIES

Responsibilities:
* Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards

Qualifications
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Children & Young People’s Services, or equivalent.
* Recent experience relevant to residential care within the last five years.
* Experience supervising managing or mentoring professional staff.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of Children Homes regulation including Quality Standards 2015, The Children’s Homes Amendment Regulations 2011, Care Standards Act 2000, Ofsted and related legislation, and policies and procedures.
