Optical Practice Manager
Full Time | Mainly Mon–Fri (alternate Saturdays only)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience/qualification) + bonuses + benefits

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading from the front – dispensing daily while managing staff and operations.
* Overseeing rotas, stock control, merchandising, and compliance.
* Driving commercial results in an NHS-focused practice with scope for private upsells.

What we’re looking for:
* A GOC-registered DO or a strong, experienced dispenser with leadership potential.
* Hands-on, approachable, and commercially aware.
