What you will do
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

3. Providing strategic guidance and advice to clients on their insurance and risk management needs.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client servicing.
5. Analysing market trends and competition to develop innovative strategies for business growth.
6. Leading and mentoring a team of account executives to achieve individual and team targets.
7. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
8. Representing the company at industry events and conferences to network and build industry connections.
