You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries across company subsidiaries, supporting managers with employee relations, training, and recruitment activities. Key responsibilities: Act as first-line contact for ER, policy and contractual queries. Support and coach managers through investigations and formal HR processes. Maintain and update the Skills Matrix and time & attendance system. Produce and interpret HR data, highlighting issues and proposing actions. Manage and support recruitment administrators and recruitment projects. Help coordinate and promote appraisals, performance reviews and HR training. Contribute to HR and operational projects as needed.Essential skills & experience: Experience in an HR Administrator/Assistant/Co-ordinator role. Confident advising managers on HR procedures and basic ER issues. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail. Competent user of HR systems and MS Office.
