Overview
As the Client Retention Director, you will oversee and drive client retention strategies within the Physical Security sector across the UK. Your focus will be on cultivating long-term relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maximizing client lifetime value across various industries including Corporate Accounts, Tech, Media & Telecoms, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Maritime, Aviation, Logistics, Distribution, and Critical National Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Client Relationships: Actively nurture relationships with key clients to build trust and satisfaction.
2. Develop Retention Strategies: Create and implement tailored strategies to promote client loyalty and engagement.
3. Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize and pursue additional services and solutions within existing accounts.
4. Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and support.
5. Negotiate and Renew Contracts: Facilitate smooth negotiations and contract renewals with clients.
6. Maintain Client Data: Accurately record all client interactions and activities in Salesforce.
7. Report and Update: Provide regular updates on client status and retention metrics to leadership.
8. Internal Collaboration: Align retention efforts with business development and other departments.
9. Promote Company Value: Use case studies and success stories to reinforce our value proposition.
10. Contribute to Strategy: Offer insights and recommendations for client-focused strategic planning.
