Salary: £50,000 - 71,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a BIM Manager in a complex project environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, ProjectWise, Synchro, and various model authoring software Experience with site data capture systems and access control (Datascope) is advantageous Extensive knowledge of managing task teams Familiarity with MOD or secure environments, and understanding of SALs and NDAs Experienced in implementing ISO19650 parts 1-5 Ability to promote digital construction technologies Strong focus on safety and environmental standards Responsibilities: Lead and manage the BIM team and coordinate model validation across project teams Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Drive the BIM narrative in new directions to bring savings to the project Work with the Project Information Manager to manage the project BIM brief, programme, and deliverables Monitor completion of BIM Gateway forms throughout the project lifecycle Assist project teams in maximizing the use of design and authoring software Manage and mitigate design risks through clash review tools Identify and promote technologies that enhance business outcomes Provide training in digital construction and information management practices Support design teams in developing accurate 3D designs Ensure compliance with project/client standards and contract requirements Capture best practices and lessons learned within the organization Technologies: 3D BIM Support Hardware Security More: At KierBAM, we are a Joint Venture between Kier and BAM, currently engaged in a major redevelopment project within a Royal Navy dockyard in Plymouth.
