Housekeeping Supervisor - London Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in all you do? We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a small Housekeeping team, ensuring our luxurious 14 guest rooms are maintained to the highest of standards. The Role Supervising and motivating the Housekeeping team, ensuring all standards are consistently met. Re-stocking guest amenities, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas. Reporting maintenance issues, as soon as possible. Ensuring all chemicals are stored correctly and team members trained, in line with COSSH requirements. Assisting with the organisation of inventories for linen, uniform and lost property. The Person Customer service focused, taking every opportunity to delight our guests. Experienced in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury environment and in a supervisory role. Self-motivated and confident in leading a small team, with a hands-on, can-do approach. Shift Pattern: This position consists of 40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. The hours for this position will typically consist of: 07:00-15:30, 09:00-17:30 and 12:00-20:30, with some variation dependent upon business needs.
