Your key responsibilities: Lead Through Play: Deliver engaging, play-based learning that supports each child’s development and celebrates their individuality. Apply EYFS Knowledge: Bring the Early Years Foundation Stage and OFSTED standards to life in everyday activities. Track Progress: Help monitor and evaluate children’s development, offering tailored support where needed. We’re looking for someone who has: ✅ Experience working with disabled children and young people. ✅ A Level 2 Early Years Qualification ( must be on the DfE checker ). ✅ A warm, adaptable, and inclusive approach to early years care. ✅ Great communication and teamwork skills. ✅ A strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS practices.
