Title: Team Manager
Salary: £36,353 - £39,353, 10% bonus potential

Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team of up to 30–40 full‑time and part‑time employees across shifts.
* Conduct regular one‑to‑one and team meetings, and review area performance, mechanical performance metrics, and plans daily.
* Champion health and safety initiatives, increase efficiency, and identify improvement areas.
* Provide a high quality of service to customers and ensure operational and automation targets are met.
* Exercise line‑management responsibilities: manage sick absence, attendance, training and development, and support the Programme of Continuous Improvement.
