The Role We are seeking an effective, driven, and results-oriented BMS Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Building Energy Management System (BEMS) solutions, including HVAC control systems and a range of energy-efficient building technologies. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth-working with clients across multiple sectors to deliver innovative BMS solutions that align with technical, operational, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and target potential customers across the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public-sector markets. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitor activity. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure both customer satisfaction and profitable sales outcomes. Technical Consultation & Solution Design Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored BMS and HVAC control solutions.
