About the Role:
The role of an unqualified teacher, typically someone who does not have formal teaching credentials or specific qualifications required by educational authorities, can vary significantly depending on the context and the regulations of the educational system in which they operate.At now, GSL Education is in search of an Unqualified Teacher to fill a post at one of our client schools in Barnsley.
Role of an Unqualified Teacher :
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
* Support the planning and implementation of the curriculum.
* Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
* Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall development of students.
The successful candidate will:
* A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our diverse student body.
* Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
