As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:
1. Up to £30,000 Basic (depending on experience)

As a Sales Valuer, your duties will be:
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective vendors
8. Advise clients on pricing strategies and tailored marketing approaches
9. Proactively identify valuation opportunities and secure new instructions
10. Attend market appraisals and convert valuations into listings
11. Maintain regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
12. Collaborate closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery
13. Monitor pipeline performance to drive swift sales progression
14. Work towards agreed performance targets, including listings, conversion rates, and revenue
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
15. Proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale
16. Demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations
17. Strong valuation and negotiation skills
18. Experience in residential sales, with local market knowledge preferred
