Core Skills: Ability to work on own initiative Attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Case Management Systems Comfortable working as part of a team Highly organised with time keeping and documentation Clear communication skills Excellent copy, digital dictation and audio typing ability Day to Day Work: Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors handling a private client caseload that includes wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and trusts Producing letters and legal documents Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and providing reception cover when required Dealing with enquiries from clients and other legal professionals via email, fax, letter and in person Copying, scanning and faxing as required Opening, closing and archiving files AML and compliance Liaising with the accounts team re bank transfers, cheques etc Filing, diary management and other general administration work If this role is of interest, then please get in touch as soon as possible and we would be delighted to introduce you to the client.
