What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef within a care home or similar environment is essential Strong understanding of dietary needs for older adults, including allergens, dysphagia diets, and nutrition Level 2 qualification in Food Safety & Hygiene (minimum) Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent Excellent organisational and leadership skills Compassionate and resident-focused with a genuine passion for food Ability to manage a kitchen team and work collaboratively with care staff Why Join the Team?
