7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver
People Solutions are looking for 7.5 Tonne Drivers for our client based in Normanton .
You must undergo a DBS check for this role.
Shift:
Monday - Friday: 07:00 start times
Rates of pay:
£14.61 per hour basic
£22.46 per hour overtime after 42 hours

Day to Day Duties:
Your duties as a 7.5 Tonne Driver are:
Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently to make multiple deliveries
Follow company procedures and comply with the driving rules and regulations
Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and vehicle is well presented at all times
Complete deliveries to Hospital Trusts, GP Surgeries and Care Homes
Be available to cover ad hoc work
Be available to start work at 7am
Occasional covering van work
Essential Skills:
To be eligible for this role as a 7.5 Tonne Driver you must:
Hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence
Hold a valid UK CPC Card
Hold a valid UK Digi Card
Have a minimum of one year delivery driving experience
Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements with no major endorsement codes
Work in a professional manner
Undergo a DBS check for this role
Have a positive can do attitude
Be willing to learn
Desirable Experience:
High volume multi drop experience would be an advantage.
Training:
You will undergo a driving assessment, written assessment and DBS check for this role
