Your key responsibilities will include:
19. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
20. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
21. Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported
22. Supporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
23. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
24. Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
25. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
26. Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
27. Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
28. Complying with Health and Safety regulations
