Farrow and Ball – People Operations Administrator (37.5 hours per week) We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our People Operations team in Wimborne as a People Operations Administrator. We are offering this position on a full-time basis, although flexibility will be considered. This role will work on a hybrid basis between home and our offices in Wimborne, 2 days per week. The People Operations Administrator covers all aspects of people and HR administration and transactional activities, helping ensure People Operations/Shared Services responsibilities are effectively delivered in collaboration with the wider P&C team; (this includes aspects of Payroll liaison, Benefits and Pensions administration as and when required). What we expect from you as a People Operations Administrator Key Responsibilities: Supporting the People Operations Manager, provide support to the People Partners with People and Culture lifecycle, on and off boarding activities and ensure new process implementations are successful within People Operations, in a timely manner Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the transition of recruitment activities in line with the long-term People and Culture strategy Develop and maintain knowledgebase and relevant documentation of regulations and company principles, processes, policies, tools and best practices Provide front line support & direction for staff and managers re: policies, procedures and general enquiries When required, work with Digital and HRIS teams to ensure continuous improvement, helping to make efficiencies in the use of available HR, Absence, Talent Acquisition and Payroll technologies Help the Team to ensure data integrity and optimal end user experience, including audit, data validation and completing regular payroll and HR data quality reviews and cleanses Help ensure compliance with GDPR, Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines, maintaining employee files, documentation and retention policies Support with providing reports, for the People & Culture, Finance, the wider business and external governing bodies when required. This may include but is not limited to Headcount, Insurance Data, Company demographics, pensions, turnover, Equality Monitoring, absence reporting. Support with reporting and data uploads for items subject to annual renewals such as employee benefits/pensions changes, Annual Salary Review, insurance renewals etc. working to deadlines to ensure real time data integrity across all countries as required Key Attributes: Highly organised, methodical and meticulous in work.
