Dialysis & Outpatient Administrator - Support for NCL Renal Satellite Units
We are seeking a dedicated Dialysis & Outpatient Administrator to support our NCL renal satellite units. Successful candidates will cover multiple sites, including:
* Tottenham Hale Kidney & Diabetes Centre
* St Pancras Kidney Care Centre
* Edgware Kidney Care Centre
* Barnet Renal Dialysis Unit
Key responsibilities include:
* Booking patient transport, including rapid response services
* Supporting maintenance and logistic issues, escalating as needed
* Making e-courier bookings for emergency blood samples
* Monitoring and recording transport incidents
* Coordinating haemodialysis clinic appointments for recent inpatients
* Reconciliation of outpatient clinics
* Cross-cover duties at other sites
* Providing front-line reception and delivering high-quality customer care to patients, relatives, carers, and the multidisciplinary team
Our department is looking for proactive, reliable, and computer-literate administrative staff, preferably with NHS experience. The units operate Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 01:00, with administrative hours between 07:30 and 20:00, full-time (37.5 hours).
