We are recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for a 12-month period.
The role will be based in Altrincham, with hybrid working requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier statement reconciliations
2. Fortnightly payment runs
3. Identifying and managing queries, liaising with internal and external parties
4. New supplier setup

1. Daily bank reconciliations
2. Direct debit reconciliations
Miscellaneous
* Process improvements
* Assist Management Accountants with ad hoc tasks as required
This role is predominantly AP-focused, so a strong ledger background is essential.
