Pensions Change Analyst / SME - Insurance
We are currently recruiting for a Pensions Specialist / Pensions SME Change Analyst with DB and DC Pension experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note, the role is Inside IR35 and hybrid working to Redhill office.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, control and monitor the operational readiness activities for online Pension product to clients and internal teams, in alignment with the wider programme plan
2. Build close partnership with clients, actively managing expectations through structured updates in accordance with the programme governance model
3. Work with the Administration Manager and Team Leads to define robust test, training and communication plans to embed the new product within day-to-day operations
4. Oversee and contribute to any change control process(es) and ensure accuracy of the process and delivery to time and cost
5. Implement business change frameworks and best practices to successfully deliver change with limited aspect to our teams and members
6. Strong experience dealing with DC and/or DB occupational schemes.
7. Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritise your tasks and those of your team.
8. Computer literate, including familiarity with excel.
