We are seeking an experienced interim Energy Projects / Construction Lawyer to support one of our customers. This is a 3-6 months contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal support on a range of energy and infrastructure projects, including construction and development matters
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of construction and commercial agreements (e.g., EPC, O&M, framework agreements, and supply contracts)
* Advise on risk allocation, contract strategy, and project delivery issues
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers and commercial teams
* Support on contract management, variations, and dispute-related matters where required
Key Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer with significant experience in energy projects and/or construction law
* Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and construction contracts
* Experience working in-house or advising infrastructure/energy clients
* Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
