What your day would look like
* Management of varied commercial risks within the market
* Maintaining a high-quality of customer service levels with professional, customer focused management of client accounts by MTAs and customer queries
* Provision of expert and prompt advice to clients regarding insurance needs
* Ensuring individual client's cases are completed effectively and accurately
* Strict compliance with company policies and procedures
Your skills
* Ideally already experienced in a Commercial Insurance role within a brokers
* Strong communication skills
* Skilled in dealing with technical insurance issues and dealing with a varied client base of various sizes and complexity
