Role Purpose
We are seeking a a confident, experienced, and people‑focused Warehouse Manager to lead our fast‑paced US warehouse operations. This role is perfect for a strong, solutions‑driven leader who thrives on building high‑performing teams, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
This is an onsite role, 40 hours a week across Monday to Thursday (10x4 work arrangement).
As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, dispatch, inventory control, compliance, and team leadership. You’ll drive daily performance, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and play a key role in shaping the warehouse’s operational framework through strong process development and documentation.
This position requires someone who can confidently lead a team, manage competing priorities, and maintain a calm, structured approach even when challenges arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve high performance and accountability
* Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and order fulfilment
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal policies, and safety procedures
* Manage inventory accuracy through audits, stock counts, and process improvements
* Build, document, and implement warehouse processes, procedures, and SOPs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability for manufacturing and customer orders
* Resolve delivery, logistics, and compliance issues with customers and suppliers
* Prepare and review warehouse performance reports to identify improvement opportunities
Key Experience & Skills:
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
* Strong track record in people management, including coaching, performance management, and handling pushback confidently
* Regulated industry experience (ideally an understanding and working knowledge of ISO 13485 & 9001)
* Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP
* Proven ability to build processes, procedures, and write SOPs
* Strong leadership presence, able to influence, motivate, and maintain team discipline
* Forklift licence beneficial (or willingness to obtain one)

* Base salary commensurate to experience, up to $115,000
