We're looking for a
Sous Chef
who wants to be part of something bigger. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to bring seasonal menus to life, inspire the team, and help shape the next chapter of our growing kitchen.
What you'll be doing:
* Cooking with imagination, using seasonal and local produce.
* Supporting the Head Chef and stepping up when they're away.
* Guiding and motivating the team with positivity and care.
* Bringing your ideas to the table as we grow our food offer.
* Keeping the kitchen running smoothly, cleanly, and safely.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen and a love of creative cooking.
* Confidence to lead, but also humility to work as part of a team.
* A passion for hospitality and community.
* Energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for being part of a growing venture.
