What you’ll be doing As a Business Analyst, you will: Turn complex business challenges into clear, actionable improvement projects that deliver real, measurable benefits. Lead and support strategic change initiatives, working across services, teams, and functions to drive smarter ways of working. Analyse, map, and redesign business processes, identifying opportunities to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. Champion user-centred service redesign, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Work collaboratively with senior leaders, frontline teams, and stakeholders, influencing decisions and enabling sustainable change. What we’re looking for We’d love to hear from you if you have: A degree-level qualification in a relevant field and professional accreditation in Business Analysis or a related discipline. Solid experience in business or service analysis, including process mapping and process redesign. Strong understanding of business improvement tools, techniques, and change management approaches. Excellent analytical skills, with a creative and inquisitive approach to problem‑solving. The ability to translate complex information clearly and confidently for a range of audiences.
