About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and performance-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and execute all marketing efforts. As an early-stage startup, we need someone who can wear multiple hats — run paid ads, design content, and drive user acquisition and brand visibility across all channels.
This is not a desk strategist role — it’s for a builder.
You will:
* Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more
* Launch and manage paid ad campaigns with performance tracking and optimization
* Design visual assets and social content using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe
* Create and manage engaging posts for LinkedIn and Instagram
* Analyse campaign data, iterate quickly, and report on key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
* Shape Servi’s brand voice and visual identity
* Work closely with the CEO and product team to align growth and product development
* Hire and manage future marketing/design talent as we grow
Requirements:
* Proven experience with performance marketing (especially Meta and Google Ads)
* Graphic design skills for social content, paid creatives, and brand assets
* Ability to work autonomously and execute quickly
* Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptive, and hands-on
* Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or SEO
* Passion for building something from scratch and seeing the impact of your work
Compensation:
Initial compensation will include equity/employment stock options, with potential to move into a salaried role post-funding round.
This is a founding-level role — perfect for someone who’s ready to build something big from the ground up.
