Overview
Our Financial & Professional Liability (FINPRO) division is seeking a talented individual to join their Management Liability team in the Norwich office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Are you looking to manage existing client relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities? The Client Executive works within a highly skilled team that specializes in managing a portfolio of existing accounts and developing new client accounts within FINPRO.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts that renew annually and new business opportunities, primarily Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O) liability insurance policies. The portfolio also includes Pension Trustees Liability (PTL), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), and Commercial Crime coverage.
* Liaise directly with clients and internal producers; negotiate with insurers in the London insurance market to obtain favorable terms, present proposed terms, secure agreement, and ensure accurate policy documentation is prepared and issued promptly.
* Develop risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to devise placement solutions that meet client needs.
* Support the implementation of the placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
* Develop the go‑to‑market strategy and articulate the value of the placement function; participate in pricing of services where applicable.
* Bind coverage and be responsible for the accuracy of placement binders.
* Create and maintain relationships within own practice, insurance markets, clients, and underwriters to provide cohesive client service.
* Advise on changing insurance and risk management market conditions and inform client executives, advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various product coverages.
* Interface closely with client executives and client teams to support retention and new business production.
* Drive placement / technical support activities on assigned accounts, ensuring procedural compliance, reviewing data and updating renewal exhibits, and maintaining accurate placement system entries for contract execution.
* Communicate client issues or trends to management clearly and concisely and participate in solution development.
