We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team in London and help us place top-tier tech professionals - from software engineers to infrastructure specialists. You'll have the tools, autonomy, and support to do this properly.

• Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver quality shortlists
• Representing the brand at events, in online communities, and across niche forums
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience in a sourcing or resourcing role — agency or in-house
• Strong Boolean search skills and a nose for finding passive candidates
• Enough tech knowledge to talk credibly about the roles you're hiring for
• Someone who builds relationships, not just pipelines
