Overview

Duties
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to recommend appropriate insurance products.
* Engage in negotiation processes to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and follow-ups on client inquiries.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote insurance offerings through various channels, including telemarketing initiatives.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
* Utilise multilingual skills to assist a broader range of clients, enhancing their experience with our services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingualism, especially in Spanish, is a significant asset.
* Solid analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends accurately.
* Experience in sales administration and customer service roles is preferred.
* Familiarity with telemarketing practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
