Sales Manager – Medical Grade Skincare

The Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand in your region — building meaningful relationships with clinics, understanding their needs, and helping them grow through tailored skincare protocols and product strategies.

Your role will blend strategic territory management, new business generation, and existing account development, supported by a high-performing internal team.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive territory growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Build strong, long-term partnerships with aesthetic clinics
* Conduct educational product presentations, in-clinic demos, and commercial reviews
* Maximise sales through smart targeting, effective follow-up, and clinical support alignment
* Use CRM to track pipeline progress, territory activity, and forecast accurately
* Attend regional industry events and conferences to represent the brand and stay connected to market trends
* Collaborate closely with marketing, training, and medical teams to deliver best-in-class service to your customers

Who We’re Looking For

* A proven B2B field sales professional with experience in aesthetics, medical devices, dental, or closely related industries.
* Someone confident speaking to clinical professionals, with a consultative and polished approach
* Commercially minded, target-driven, and naturally curious about the science behind the products
* Able to manage a large geographical region with autonomy, structure, and purpose
* A genuine interest in the aesthetic space, and delivering results that matter
