Your role will include:
* Supporting individuals with complex needs including spinal injuries, neurological and respiratory conditions
* Delivering specialist care such as PEG feeding, suction and tracheostomy support (full training provided)
* Assisting with medication, mobility, personal care, meals and daily routines
* Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
* At least 3 months’ hands‑on care experience in a UK care setting or supporting a family member
* A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
* A passion for making a difference
