FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR - 2-4 PQE An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Family Law Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE (or equivalent) to join a well-established and Legal 500 ranked Family Law team based at our Sheldon office. Working closely with the Partner who leads the team -our Senior Partner and Joint Head of Family Law, recognised by Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in the field- this role offers exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and experienced team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated solicitor with a passion for supporting clients through relationship breakdown to develop their career within a respected and growing practice. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of Family Law. Handle matters including divorce, financial remedies, and Children Act cases. Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of files. Maintain excellent client care, particularly when assisting individuals experiencing relationship breakdown. Work closely with senior team members on more complex matters. Ensure deadlines are met and files are progressed efficiently. The Candidate Applications are welcomed from candidates with 2-4 years' PQE (or equivalent) in Family Law. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Experience handling a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and Children Act work. The ability to manage their own caseload effectively. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent drafting and communication skills. A proactive and compassionate approach to client care. A genuine passion for Family Law and supporting clients through sensitive matters. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
