This company are an expert Manufacturer of Heavy Plant equipment supplying into a range of industries. This could vary across Construction, Agriculture and Industrial settings.This is highly-varied Monday to Friday role based out of the companies HQ. You will be responsible to managing a team of professionals through Sales, Operations and Engineering. You will require Technical experience within the Plant sector which you will empart of those throughout the business.This role would suit a Plant Engineer looking for a long-term career within a successful business offering continued training, progression and autonomy.
The role:
* Operational, Commercial and Engineering Management.
* Overseeing a team of experts within the Heavy Plant sector.
* Monday - Friday (office based role).
The candidate:
* Management experience (Sales, Account Management, Engineering).
* Heavy Plant / Mechanical background.
* Ideally located near Bedfordshire.
