What You Can Expect
6. Support in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage operations team
7. Monitor daily operations, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure brand standards are consistently met
8. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
9. Lead by example to ensure smooth and efficient shifts while managing multiple priorities
10. Oversee daily and weekly compliance checks
11. Manage weekly food and beverage ordering
12. Ensure cellars, storage areas, and fridges are kept clean, organised, and well-maintained
What We’re Looking For
13. Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is preferred
14. Open-minded attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
15. Eager to learn and develop professionally
16. Strong leadership and communication skills
17. Empathetic, approachable, and supportive with both guests and colleagues
18. Ability to remain organised and calm in a fast-paced environment
