Are you a Group Health and Safety Manager from a Logistics / Warehousing background looking for a high-profile leadership role, managing a team of H&S Managers across the UK while receiving further training in quality, with a clear pathway to Director level within a well-established group known for developing its people?
This leading group of companies has a broad presence across sectors including Industrial, Logistics and Shipping, with over 150 years of experience and operations across multiple continents. This role sits within the Logistics subsidiary of the wider group and will take responsibility for managing Health & Safety across multiple sites throughout the UK.
In this high-impact role you will take ownership of Health & Safety across the Group's UK logistics operations. You will oversee HSE standards across multiple sites nationwide, leading and developing a team of managers while driving best practice, compliance, and continuous improvement. Acting as the key point of contact for all HSE matters, you will implement and refine processes, influence stakeholders at all levels, and ensure a consistent safety culture across the business.
This role would suit a Group Health and Safety Manager or similar from a Logistics / Warehousing background looking for a senior leadership position, managing H&S across multiple UK sites, with clear progression to Director level within a well-established organisation.
The Role
* Oversee Health & Safety across multiple UK logistics sites
* Manage and develop a team of H&S Managers nationwide
* Implement and drive group-wide HSE strategy, policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across all operations
* Lead training initiatives and promote a strong safety culture
* Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30
The Person
* Group Health & Safety Manager or similar senior-level experience
* Background in Logistics, Warehousing or road freight environments
* Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and best practice
* Commutable to Liverpool / open to UK-wide travel
