Job Summary
You're a sales-savvy process improvement professional with a deep understanding of how effective methodologies, systems, and behaviours drive performance. You excel at shaping ways of working, engaging stakeholders, and guiding teams through change. With strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, you're able to turn insight into action—helping the organization work smarter, faster, and more consistently across markets. A proven background in sales, with strong knowledge of sales methodologies, sales enablement, and sales processes.
Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, design, and implement meaningful process enhancements.
* Map current-state workflows and create future-state process designs within TCE that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Facilitate workshops and working groups to gather insights, drive alignment, and support collaborative problem-solving.
* Develop and maintain clear, accessible knowledge-base documentation for standardized processes and procedures.
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of process changes using relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
* Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of process improvements.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
* Support change-management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
* Identify potential risks associated with proposed process changes and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Stay up to date with industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into process design.
Qualifications
* Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with confidence and credibility.
* Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
* Experience driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Confidence working in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Familiarity with supporting both UK and US markets, with the agility to tailor approaches to meet differing market needs.
* Six Sigma or Project Management certification (or an equivalent) is preferred.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to guide decisions.
* Solid understanding of Office 365, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
