You will be overseeing a team of 10-12 split across the engineering team. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the engineering and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence Oversee all site maintenance activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability of plant and equipment Plan and manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules Drive continuous improvement projects, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and performance Manage engineering budgets, assets, and reporting in line with business goals. Collaborate with other departments to support production efficiency and site performance. Support the ongoing development and training of engineering staff. Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience in an engineering leadership, supervisory, or management role. HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering Experience managing budgets and engineering projects in a fast-paced industrial environment.
